It was my second application. The first time I applied on my own and got a refusal. Here they told me right away which documents were missing and why my previous set was weak. We collected everything in a week, and they explained every step. The decision was positive.

We collected documents for five years of residence, and some certificates had to be obtained again. They guided me the whole way and contacted me themselves, I never had to remind them.

I am happy with the work, the documents were done as promised. The only thing is that I had to wait longer than I expected, but those are the voivodeship office's time frames, not their fault.
