Residence card and citizenship

The stamp in the passport confirming your application lets you stay in Poland, but it does not give you the right to re-enter freely from third countries. Your situation must be reviewed separately before a trip, otherwise you risk not being able to return.

You must reply within the time limit given, otherwise your case will be left unexamined. Send the letter to us, and we will prepare the reply and send it on your behalf.

The official and the actual time limits differ a lot. Real waiting times depend on the voivodeship. We tell you the times for your region, and if the case drags on, we file a reminder to speed up the case (ponaglenie).
