5000 zloty. You do not need to pay it into an account before registration, but the capital must be shown in the documents.

Do I need to pay ZUS for a board member

A sole shareholder is treated as an entrepreneur and pays contributions. With two or more shareholders the situation is different, and we look at it when planning the structure.

How soon can I start working

With registration through S24, the company appears in the register within a few days. Opening a bank account usually takes the longest.

Sp. z o.o. registration

Sp. z o.o. is the Polish form of a limited liability company. The founder is not liable for the company's debts with personal assets, and this is why it is the main form for a business with turnover and employees.
